What is LeadRede?
What happens when you combine a love of reading or listening with a unique self-coaching approach designed to help you know more effectively and powerfully as a leader?
LeadRede is based on the idea of increasing your leadership knowledge and awareness through advice - or "rede" - with the particular combination of reading (or listening to) new books, articles, presentations and podcasts while engaging in "adeptive" leadership thinking and action.
Accessing an intuitive digital environment and set of learning tools, you choose the inputs (the "rede") you want to engage with. Alongside this you can then engage in adeptive self-coaching using our special online guided journal format, build out your own unique Leadership Playbook, and/or access expert advisory coaching with in-depth feedback, insights and advice.

The Adeptive Leadership Framework
The Adeptive Leadership framework was developed by Jason Renshaw over a period of several years based on research and evidence-based application with thousands of leaders all around the world. The framework guides the Self-Coaching methodology used with LeadRede and consists of a variety of 'ways of knowing' as a leader:
- Knowing into to ground your leadership thinking in both the real world and what captures your attention and curiosity
- Knowing up to build your capacity to connect leadership theory and practice - the knowing and the doing
- Knowing in to connect to your sense of self - being, belonging and becoming in real performative moments of leadership
- Knowing across to flex and get outside of your own professional or leadership 'box' to connect, combine and collectively deliver with diverse others
- Knowing forward to help you identify both gaps and opportunities as a leader, where new knowledge may need to be created in or for the future
- Knowing around to close the loop back around between leadership knowing and doing, framing up any next intentions as a result of what you have directly experienced and learned

Meet Jason Renshaw
Jason is a ground-breaking CxO and highly experienced executive coach. A former Executive Director of the Australian School of Applied Management, Women & Leadership Australia and the National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI), he has led innovative and highly research-informed development programs for thousands of leaders from all parts of the globe across a wide variety of business sectors.
Jason has held C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Learning Officer and Chief Culture Officer in small, medium and large sized firms. He appreciates intrinsically the pressures, challenges and paradoxes of senior leadership roles.
Jason founded Adeptive Advisory in 2019, to bring together his work over the past twenty years in leadership, learning, innovation and organisational culture and development. LeadRede is a specialist application to come out of the Adeptive Advisory research and executive coaching experience, representing a combination of Jason's love of leadership reading and learning with the Adeptive Leadership framework. It also reflects Jason's passion for developing self-coaching capacity in leaders, so that they can continuously challenge themselves to learn and grow.
